About the role
- The Production Lead is responsible for supporting daily production activities, coordinating workflow, and assisting the production team in meeting safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities within assigned areas.
- Support production schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardization efforts.
- This position serves as the primary point of contact on the production floor, providing guidance, training, and support to technicians while ensuring work is completed efficiently and according to company standards.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of production processes and workflow management.
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and work instructions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Ability to bend, kneel, and work in panel enclosures and tight spaces Ability to distinguish wire colors and read printed labels/schematics
Nice to have
- 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
