About the role
- Maintaining a detailed database of past, present, and future provider candidates and hires Scheduling phone and onsite provider interviews Teaming with a variety of resources to create provider interview and orientation itineraries Coordinating meals and travel arrangements (including flight, rental car, and hotel) for onsite provider interviews Ensuring seamless flow of provider onsite interview days Sending employment agreements to provider candidates for digital signature and confirming execution Processing signing incentives, relocation bonuses, etc.
- Ensuring background checks, references, and drug screens are completed in an appropriate and timely manner Assisting with provider onboarding and offboarding processes Creating and updating professional reports for leadership and board meetings Coding invoices and credit card receipts, and managing other billing as needed Acting as a liaison to the Credentialing team Ordering supplies for the department Serving as a positive, professional representative of the organization We offer competitive compensation, generous 401(k) profit sharing retirement plan, PTO, optional health, dental, and vision, and flexible spending accounts.
