About the role
- Vamonos IT is seeking a Unified Communications (UC) Telecom Administrator responsible for the provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise voice and Unified Communications platforms.
- This role ensures reliable, secure, and high-quality communication services throughout all of our Federal Customer's locations.
Responsibilities
- Provision, configure, and maintain enterprise voice and UC platforms
- Coordinate carrier services and telecommunications support activities
- Manage user access, endpoint deployment, and communication services
- Resolve incidents, troubleshoot issues, and support service restoration
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Our experienced team of technical Subject Matter Experts and Professional Project Managers deliver solutions to the toughest challenges in enterprise cloud computing and infrastructure management within the Homeland Security and Federal civilian landscape.
- Support continuity-of-mission communication requirements
Requirements
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management
- Familiarity with modernization and cloud migration initiatives
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Nice to have
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Collaboration or equivalent certification
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar certification
- Experience supporting federal agencies or enterprise telecommunications environments
- Experience with enterprise UC modernization programs
Skills
- Strong expertise in telecommunications and UC technologies, including:
- Avaya Government Cloud telephony
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
