Responsibilities
- You will efficiently manage administrative requirements using clinical templates and technology tools that simplify note-taking
- You'll have the fulfilling opportunity to make a real impact in our clients' lives, providing short-term counselling when they need support most.
- You will develop your clinical skills while working with a diverse and stimulating client base.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate is comfortable with a diverse client base and skilled in brief interventions.
- You are a registered member in good standing with the OPQ, OTSTCFQ, OPSQ or OPPQ;
- You have at least five years of clinical experience;
- You can set short-term goals and use a solution-focused approach;
- Proficiency in French required, bilingualism is an asset.
- The ideal candidate is comfortable with a diverse client base and skilled in brief interventions. They are proactive, resourceful, and organized, valuing collaboration with colleagues.
- You hold a master's or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field
- You are empathetic and able to manage crisis or high-risk situations
- You have strong time management skills and can manage a high volume of clients
