About the role

  • The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing supply chain operations through data analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • As a level above the Supply Chain Fulfillment Specialist, this role moves beyond transactional execution to focus on proactive planning, insights generation, and continuous improvement.
  • The Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, and scalable supply chain processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into key supply chain metrics (e.g., fill rate, lead time, cost, inventory turns)
  • Support demand planning and forecasting activities to align supply with business needs
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve supply issues and improve service levels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and other teams to align supply chain activities with business needs
  • Support vendor performance tracking and communication to ensure accountability and consistency

Requirements

  • This position requires the ability to remain stationary at a desk while working on a computer and communicating via phone and MS Teas, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or a related field
  • Experience analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts including demand planning, inventory management, and vendor coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in data, reporting, and execution
  • Problem Solving: Identifies root causes and develops practical, effective solutions
  • Communication: Clearly communicates insights and collaborates effectively across teams
  • Planning & Organization: Manages multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaboration: Works cross-functionally to align supply chain activities with business needs
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes and outcomes

Nice to have

  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, PowerBi, Buyerquest or similar) preferred

Compensation

  • range is $60,000-$80,000 based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
  • Eligibility for 401k is based on age and tenure requirements.
