Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will support the procurement, supplier management, material planning, and inventory activities essential to our engineering and manufacturing teams.
You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of materials needed to build next-generation aerospace hardware, working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Create and manage purchase orders for engineering, manufacturing, and operational needs
Request supplier quotations and compare pricing, lead times, and capabilities
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
Support supplier negotiations for pricing and delivery improvements
Monitor inventory levels and support material planning activities
Help maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system
Support manufacturing with material availability and scheduling priorities
Assist with tracking critical hardware and long-lead items

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
Experience supporting manufacturing or engineering organizations
Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicants must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
Experience supporting prototype or low-volume manufacturing

Compensation

$85,000 - $115,000 USD
