Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of processing functions and maintenance of processing infrastructure ensuring service level agreements are met in support of clients and company mission-critical business requirements.
  • Oversee 30-35 people in a production environment, including staffing and assigning tasks to leads and direct reports
  • Manage multiple job functions through the card production process (printing, embossing, kitting, shipping)
  • Provide guidance, hold the team accountable to goals, and manage productivity
  • Operate and manage people using equipment/machinery

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience leading 20+ direct reports in a manufacturing environment with people and equipment (electronic equipment)
  • Knowledge of all processing phases and administration
  • Proficiency with communication, escalation management, and project management methods
  • Ability to evaluate performance capabilities, counsel subordinates, and make projections of future expenses based on past expenditures
  • Ability to operate independently

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, team, and time management skills

Nice to have

  • Lean manufacturing and Continuous improvement methodology
  • Production, planning, and production control experience
