Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of processing functions and maintenance of processing infrastructure ensuring service level agreements are met in support of clients and company mission-critical business requirements.
- Oversee 30-35 people in a production environment, including staffing and assigning tasks to leads and direct reports
- Manage multiple job functions through the card production process (printing, embossing, kitting, shipping)
- Provide guidance, hold the team accountable to goals, and manage productivity
- Operate and manage people using equipment/machinery

Requirements
- 5+ years' experience leading 20+ direct reports in a manufacturing environment with people and equipment (electronic equipment)
- Knowledge of all processing phases and administration
- Proficiency with communication, escalation management, and project management methods
- Ability to evaluate performance capabilities, counsel subordinates, and make projections of future expenses based on past expenditures
- Ability to operate independently

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Emotional intelligence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, team, and time management skills
Nice to have
- Lean manufacturing and Continuous improvement methodology
- Production, planning, and production control experience
