Responsibilities
- Facilitate lesson plans and structured activities as directed by the Childcare Lead Teacher or Childcare Director.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their children's daily activities.
- Conduct daily cleaning chores and maintain a neat classroom environment.
- As a Child Care Assistant, you will provide supervision and support to children enrolled in our program, engaging them in interactive play and structured activities.
Requirements
- Child Development Associate (CDA) required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice to have
- Must have the ability to pass a background check ( includes fingerprinting) to include criminal history, abuse/neglect, and driving record.
- Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
- Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
