About the role

  • The Patient Transport Dispatcher monitors EPIC Grand Central Dashboard to ensure patient transports and discharges are performed in a timely manner according to departmental goals, productivity metrics, and priorities.
  • This role provides input regarding Patient Transport productivity to the supervisor and will assist with employee training.
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.
