About the role
- The Patient Transport Dispatcher monitors EPIC Grand Central Dashboard to ensure patient transports and discharges are performed in a timely manner according to departmental goals, productivity metrics, and priorities.
- This role provides input regarding Patient Transport productivity to the supervisor and will assist with employee training.
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.

- Manages and supervises departmental functions such as staffing strategies and interdepartmental relationships and collaboration.
- Leads others in same work performed (does not supervise).
