About the role

  • include: Participate as a member of the Human Resources team and execute against organizational business plans.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives involving organizational culture, change management, and Talent Development leadership development, and career development.
  • Work with leaders to effectively create performance plans, ensure effective documentation, and collaborate with compliance and/or legal departments.
  • Own administrative activities, including but not limited to HR reporting, data analysis, exit processes, and employee transactions.
  • Support HRBP leadership in development of data gathering, presentation creation, and communications as needed.
  • Support retention and engagement initiatives across the supported business

Requirements

  • The HR Generalist should be a highly customer-centric individual with a bias towards change and the ability to assist in propelling team success.

Nice to have

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Outlook).
