About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design bespoke dinners, roundtables, and customer-and-prospect gatherings the right people RSVP to before they read the agenda.
  • Build the relationships so the people Latent wants in the room actually show up.
  • Drive the content and awareness that fills every event. Build the pre-event, live-event, and post-event content motion.
  • Build the playbook so every event runs the same high bar without re-inventing the wheel.
  • We work shoulder to shoulder with growth, brand and creative, sales, product marketing, customer marketing, partner experience, and RevOps.
  • Own the event strategy and the calendar.
  • Booth design, sponsorships, speaking slots, attendee mix.
  • Partner with the Creative Lead so every Latent surface (booth, signage, swag, materials) looks like Latent and nothing else on the floor.

  • Every event measured against sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Zero operational drama.
  • Vendors and agencies managed cold.
  • You've owned multi-event programs end to end.
  • You're operationally excellent.
  • Run-of-show docs, vendor contracts, budgets, follow-up sequences.
