About the role
- The next phase of Latent happens in person.
- The right dinners with the right pharmacy leaders.
- A presence at HIMSS, ViVE, and Becker's that makes the category notice.
Responsibilities
- Design bespoke dinners, roundtables, and customer-and-prospect gatherings the right people RSVP to before they read the agenda.
- Build the relationships so the people Latent wants in the room actually show up.
- Drive the content and awareness that fills every event. Build the pre-event, live-event, and post-event content motion.
- Build the playbook so every event runs the same high bar without re-inventing the wheel.
- We work shoulder to shoulder with growth, brand and creative, sales, product marketing, customer marketing, partner experience, and RevOps.
- Own the event strategy and the calendar.
- Booth design, sponsorships, speaking slots, attendee mix.
- Partner with the Creative Lead so every Latent surface (booth, signage, swag, materials) looks like Latent and nothing else on the floor.

- Vendors and agencies managed cold.
- You've owned multi-event programs end to end.
- You're operationally excellent.
- Run-of-show docs, vendor contracts, budgets, follow-up sequences.
