About the role

This role oversees the flow of material from supplier sourcing and purchasing through manufacturing and final customer delivery.
This role requires a proactive thinker to ensure that the manufacturing team has the right materials at the right time to meet revenue demands.
Inventory Management: Monitor adherence to the company's inventory targets.

The Manager of Supply Chain & Logistics is responsible for managing day-to-day logistics, procurement, inventory operational activities to support business objectives and customer requirements.
The manager will work cross-functionally to improve logistics processes, support international shipments, and implement robust inventory controls.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments to support production schedules, customer deliveries, and quarterly business objectives.
Maintain compliance with applicable import/export regulations and company policies.
Work with custom brokers and logistics providers to support complex customs classifications (HS Codes), valuations, and country-of-origin documentation to minimize shipment delays.
Manage relationships with freight forwarders, careers, and custom brokers.
Monitor transportation performance, support vendor negotiations and identity opportunities to improve service levels, transit times, and freight costs.
Manage the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Translate sales forecasts into actionable build plans and procurement schedules.
Manage relationships with suppliers and support sourcing activities, contract administration, and performance monitoring.

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
Deep knowledge of International Customs Regulations (Canada/USA/EU/APAC) and ERP systems.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of International Customs Regulations (Canada/USA/EU/APAC) and ERP systems.

Proven ability to build departments from scratch and separate "Supply Chain" functions from "Manufacturing" functions.
Solid understanding of electro-mechanical supply chain management.

The expected base pay range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 CAD.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and job-related factors.
