Relevant qualifications and experience in work-integrated learning, placements, education, student services, or a related field
High-level digital literacy and problem-solving capability, with experience using Microsoft Office and business systems, and a commitment to inclusive, student-focused service delivery
Work Integrated Learning (WIL) plays a vital role in this mission by providing students with practical, real-world experiences that enhance employability and career readiness.

Operating in a dynamic and complex environment, the WIL team collaborates with diverse stakeholders to deliver consistent, compliant and high-quality placement services and student experiences.
The WIL Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the WIL Team and delivers practical support for student WIL activities by fostering and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead and coordinate the day-to day operations of WIL team, ensuring high-quality support for placements, effective workload management, and resolution of complex stakeholder enquiries

Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop and support high-performing teams while fostering a positive workplace culture

Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry, community and government organisations, to enhance and expand work-integrated learning opportunities for students
Drive continuous improvement and compliance by leading process enhancements, managing communications and reporting, supporting quality assurance activities, and ensuring alignment with University policies, procedures and legislative requirements
