Responsibilities
- Operating in a dynamic and complex environment, the WIL team collaborates with diverse stakeholders to deliver consistent, compliant and high-quality placement services and student experiences.
- The WIL Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the WIL Team and delivers practical support for student WIL activities by fostering and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate the day-to day operations of WIL team, ensuring high-quality support for placements, effective workload management, and resolution of complex stakeholder enquiries

- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop and support high-performing teams while fostering a positive workplace culture
Compensation
- Cultural Load and allowance - providing up to $8,944 per year to First Nations employees who are contributing cultural knowledge and perspectives beyond the scope of their role
