About the role

You will play a key role in accelerating innovation, improving delivery excellence, and helping organizations maximize the value of their technology investments.
Accountabilities: The Group Director, Program Management will oversee strategic initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of complex programs while maintaining alignment between business goals, technical solutions, and client expectations.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading enterprise-level programs, combining strong technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence teams and executives in complex environments.
8+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or execution leadership roles within complex, matrixed organizations.
Experience managing digital transformation initiatives, technology programs, or professional services engagements, preferably within an agency or consulting environment.
Strong understanding of program management methodologies, governance models, Agile/Scrum practices, and software development processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to executives, technical teams, and business leaders.
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, with experience in platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) highly preferred.
Experience with CRM, SaaS platforms, business transformation programs, or enterprise technology environments is preferred.
Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Workfront and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, product, marketing, delivery, and technical specialists to ensure seamless execution.

Competitive salary range of $176,300 - $210,000 USD depending on experience, skills, location, and qualifications.
