About the role
- Provides daily oversight and leadership to the case management team by providing orientation, ongoing training, mentoring, and supervising 3-9 team members.
- Assists with financial management including budget development and financial analysis.
- Reporting and Metrics as it relates to days saved in returning employees to work, injury trends and costs, with meaningful information/reports to Occupational/Environmental/Safety and Quality teams, other reports as needed.

- Update processes and procedures as needed, based on review or as required.

- Ensures compliance with all Ohio BWC regulations and completes all renewal applications and annual reports of paid compensation.
