Deliver raw materials to the packaging lines in a timely manner, so that the line doesn't have to shut down to wait for any material.
Load finished goods pallets into trailers to maximize safe transport and minimize damage to the product. Create accurate and timely Bills of Lading.
Maintain completed receiving information including all freight bills, packing lists, purchase orders, etc. to supervisor.
Strives for win/win solutions; co-operates with co-workers to achieve goals; provides support and encouragement to co-workers; brings substantive conflicts and disagreements into the open and attempts to resolve them collaboratively.

1+ years of forklift experience in manufacturing experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. several times each day.
Ability to stand for periods of up to 4 hours at a time.
Organizational Skills: Must be able to take and follow directions.
Technical Skills: Must be able to solve mathematical problems at the high school level.
High degree of analysis, problem-solving, and creativity.
