About the role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Associates to launch our manufacturing team.
You will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of products, precisely following work instructions, and ensuring every unit meets our high-quality standards.
This is an exciting, hands-on, physically active role that requires reliability, efficiency, and a commitment to safety.

Perform visual inspections of parts and finished units to identify defects or inconsistencies, ensuring products meet quality standards before moving to the next stage.
Load and unload materials onto the production line and assist with kitting job kits and organizing components to support smooth workflow.
Maintain flexibility to change shifts and work overtime as needed to support Base's continued growth.
A strong sense of reliability and punctuality, with a work ethic that supports keeping the production line moving.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with 5S standards and comply with all safety requirements, including consistent use of required PPE.
Their work directly impacts production output, product reliability, and our ability to scale.

Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, or a warehouse environment is preferred
experience using hand and power tools is a plus.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
