- About the Position Ratio is seeking a Research Associate / Senior Research Associate, Translational Pharmacology bench scientist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and evolve laboratory protocols and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, cell biology, pharmacology, cancer biology, pathology, or a related field
- 0-5+ years of experience
- Ability to communicate candidly and openly.
- Support mammalian cell culture efforts and cell-based assays to advance discovery programs where required.
- The annual base salary for this role is expected to range between $68,000.00 and $90,000.00. This range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, work experience, skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Nice to have
- Strong foundation in in vitro, ex vivo, or in vivo techniques (hands-on research experience preferred) but core competency in in vitro cell biology, in vivo pharmacology, or in vitro pathology is also considered.
- Experience using radioactivity in laboratory assays is a plus but not required as training will be provided.
