About the role

The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between Finance stakeholders and IT, ensuring that Oracle Cloud solutions align with business goals.
Analyze existing financial processes and identify improvement opportunities through Oracle Fusion capabilities.

Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements related to Oracle Cloud Fusion Financial modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax).
Lead or support configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-implementation support.
Partner with integration and data teams to ensure seamless connections between Oracle and upstream/downstream systems.
Prepare training documentation and support end-user training.
Troubleshoot issues, manage defect resolution, and support month-end/quarter-end close activities as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field

Who you are •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
MBA or •CPA preferred.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Finance applications.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance modules.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and finance operations.
