About the role
- Import and export files for use in the system of record (NetSuite)
- Confirming that the data is imported accurately for reporting to shareholders
Responsibilities
- This function will drive the creation of standard procedures and perform the duties outlined below.
- Manage multiple Shareholder Representative deals and track each deal through its phases, monitor progress, and keep everything moving forward.
- Manage vendor relationships and respond to vendor and shareholder inquiries in accordance with our Customer Service standards
- Employee Assistance Programs for confidential support when life gets complicated
Requirements
- Experience with sophisticated ERP systems and developing work streams and workarounds to accomplish the desired business task or requirement
- High awareness of operational risk, critical timelines, and of the complex nature of a financial operations environment, with an ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work outside of business hours on an as-needed basis
Nice to have
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and formula writing, and interpretation required
- VBA experience a plus
- Knowledge of the M&A process a plus
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is between $65k and $72k, depending on experience level.
- Primary Responsibilities
- Interpret and audit post-closing allocation spreadsheets, create guidelines for interpretation of data, and manipulate data for import to the system of record
