Define and own growth KPIs for acquisition and activation, ensuring metrics reflect both business outcomes and clinical intent.
Build and maintain a continuous experimentation roadmap, partnering with data, design, engineering, data science, marketing, and clinical teams to rapidly design ethical, clinically sound tests that drive measurable impact.
Develop high-quality documentation & artifacts to ensure clarity for cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
Our AI-native platform helps us deliver personalized support across self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our acquisition and activation strategy, with a particular focus on care continuity for higher-acuity members.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, Member Growth, you will operate at the intersection of growth strategy, clinical care models, and product execution, shaping how Spring Health scales program impact through data-driven iteration, experimentation, and system-level thinking.
