Responsibilities
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners to guide high-level strategic decisions
- Collaborate with marketing and operations stakeholders to design, test, and implement innovative variable marketing campaigns that drive customer retention, parts sales, and service growth
Requirements
- MBA or prior marketing and sales experience Strong proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools).
- Candidates for positions with Ford Motor Company must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation
- This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.
- Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
