  • Role accountabilities: As an intern you will work closely with business leaders and operational teams to collect, analyze, and present data that enhances strategic planning, operational efficiency, and business growth.

  • Role Description Arcadis is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate & Development Intern to support Commercial Operations through reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
  • This role will focus on analyzing project and business performance data, developing reports and dashboards, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making within the Real Estate & Development sector.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze business and operational project data to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Support commercial operations initiatives through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Create data visualizations and presentations for leadership and stakeholder reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and improve data quality.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests and special projects related to business operations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting and visualization tools preferred.

Skills

  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
  • Interest in commercial operations, real estate development, and business strategy.
  • Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
