- Role accountabilities: As an intern you will work closely with business leaders and operational teams to collect, analyze, and present data that enhances strategic planning, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Analyze trends, KPIs, and business performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives through data analysis and workflow documentation.

- Role Description Arcadis is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate & Development Intern to support Commercial Operations through reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
- This role will focus on analyzing project and business performance data, developing reports and dashboards, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making within the Real Estate & Development sector.
- Collect, validate, and analyze business and operational project data to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Support commercial operations initiatives through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Create data visualizations and presentations for leadership and stakeholder reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and improve data quality.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and special projects related to business operations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting and visualization tools preferred.
Skills
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Interest in commercial operations, real estate development, and business strategy.
- Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
