Assures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to environmental and safety.

Manages all contact with appropriate agencies.
Develops and maintains metrics to ensure ongoing performance.
Responsible for developing and implementing EHS management systems and supporting programs to reduce injury potential and ensure robust regulatory compliance.

B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related Engineering field.

15 years of experience in a chemical, refining or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred.
Preferred 3-5 years supervisory/ management experience.
OSHA Process Safety Management, OSHA General Worker Safety,
Large Quantity Generator hazardous waste program management, MACT standard implementation, Title V permit
Implementation, Industry-specific wastewater management.
Preferred experience in the following areas: OSHA Process Safety Management, OSHA General Worker Safety,
