Responsibilities
- Partnering with product/customer support to help triage and prioritize issues
- Strong cross-functional collaborator, with a track record of partnering with engineering, product, UX, and customer support teams to define test plans, triage and prioritize issues, and coordinate release readiness across stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, detailed and process-oriented; ability to clearly define test cases and document corner cases and dependencies others would not think of
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with developers, UX, product owners, and stakeholders
Skills
- Experience working with product/customer support tickets
- Experience testing a healthcare product required, EHR product experience preferred
Compensation
- The role offers a base salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 in addition to annual bonus, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
