About the role

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in an industrial electrical environment and demonstrated success overseeing large-scale electrical construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, schedules, coordinates, and directs all field construction activities in alignment with project documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Maintains overall responsibility for the safety of all Dubak Electrical personnel on assigned projects.
  • Monitors project progress, productivity, and quality; takes corrective action when necessary to maintain schedule and budget.
  • Maintains strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders, ensuring confidence in Dubak Electrical's scope, execution, and performance.
  • Ability to review, interpret, and validate electrical drawings, specifications, and installation standards

Requirements

  • Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends as project demands require
  • Ability to perform site visits wearing required PPE (protective clothing, safety glasses/goggles, steel-toed boots, etc.)
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of industrial electrical systems, installations, and means & methods
  • Working knowledge of conduit systems, cable tray systems, grounding systems, and control/distribution equipment
  • Supports troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning activities as required

Nice to have

  • 5+ years (Preferred)
  • Previous leadership experience overseeing large industrial electrical projects required
  • High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Additional trade, technical, or leadership training a plus
  • Industrial Electrical Superintendent: 5+ years (Preferred)

  • This role is responsible for the overall on-site supervision, coordination, and successful execution of assigned industrial electrical construction projects.
  • The Electrical Superintendent ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards, company procedures, and client expectations.
  • The Superintendent provides leadership and direction to General Foremen, Foremen, Journeyman Electricians, and Apprentices, while serving as the primary on-site representative for Dubak Electrical Group.
