About the role

Plays a pivotal role in shaping the IT roadmap, oversee technology operations, and ensures timely delivery of IT solutions, aligning with the business objectives.
Responsible for driving innovation, optimizing IT systems and processes, managing IT resources, and enhance technology capabilities.
Provides technical guidance to Application, Data & QA teams, fostering professional development and mentorship.

Must have a deep understanding of IT systems, networks, infrastructure, and emerging technologies to make informed decisions and provide technical guidance.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences and organizational competitiveness.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, or other related technical field with minimum seven (7) years of experience in IT Solution Delivery, and Product Development.
Three (3) to five (5) years of management experience required.
Knowledge of Farm Credit lending practices preferred.

Proficiency in managing IT project portfolios, including planning, resource allocation, and solution delivery.
