About the role

  • We're looking for a hands-on Senior Electronics Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, bench-focused environment.

  • Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and test procedures with high accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Perform soldering and rework on PCBs, including 0201 discretes and fine-pitch BGAs under a microscope
  • Execute board modifications, debug issues, and support rapid design iterations
  • document results clearly
  • Support incoming inspection and ensure hardware meets quality standards
  • Calibrate and maintain test equipment
  • Partner closely with engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve designs

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with fine-pitch soldering and PCB rework
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
  • Experience with electronics testing and lab equipment\
  • A formal degree is not required-strong practical experience is what matters most.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600, IPC-7711, IPC-7721, IPC-6012, and IPC-6013
  • Exposure to equipment calibration or lab coordination
