About the role
- We're looking for a hands-on Senior Electronics Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, bench-focused environment.

- Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and test procedures with high accuracy
Responsibilities
- Perform soldering and rework on PCBs, including 0201 discretes and fine-pitch BGAs under a microscope
- Execute board modifications, debug issues, and support rapid design iterations
- document results clearly
- Support incoming inspection and ensure hardware meets quality standards
- Calibrate and maintain test equipment
- Partner closely with engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve designs
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with fine-pitch soldering and PCB rework
- High attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Experience with electronics testing and lab equipment\
- A formal degree is not required-strong practical experience is what matters most.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600, IPC-7711, IPC-7721, IPC-6012, and IPC-6013
- Exposure to equipment calibration or lab coordination
