About the role
- Engineer, Quality Assurance to join our Burnet Quality Organization.
- This position will be based in our Burnet, TX facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead site efforts to improve Quality Notification (QN) timeliness and reduce investigation backlog.
- Drive Management of Change (MOC) and Product Change Notification (PCN) activities to ensure timely execution, compliance, and effective risk mitigation.
- Lead structured problem-solving activities utilizing 8D, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA.
- Drive robust containment actions, corrective actions, and preventive actions to eliminate recurring quality issues and improve CAPA effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives focused on labeling compliance, Certificate of Analysis (CoA) process improvements, and hardware-related quality performance.
- Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to identify and implement systemic process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional Material Review Board (MRB) activities and support disposition of nonconforming materials.
- Support validation and qualification of products, processes, equipment, and manufacturing changes.
- Conduct risk assessments and support implementation of Control Plans and FMEAs to ensure robust process control and compliance.
- Support internal, customer, and ISO audits while ensuring compliance with quality system requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related technical field.
- 5 + years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing Engineering within semiconductor, electronics, advanced manufacturing, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $91,000-$117,500.
- Final compensation will depend on the candidate's overall skills and qualifications for the role.
