About the role
- Responsible and accountable for assessing the psychological social emotional cultural and or financial needs that impact patients health and recovery.
- To provide professional social work services that utilize supportive counseling and clinical knowledge in assessing the needs of patients and families during illness crisis intervention and post discharge planning.
- Participate in program planning and development to meet the needs of customers within the health care system and community.

- Master's Degree - Social Work
- Master's Degree in Social Work

- Hospital Social Work experience is preferred
