About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching engaging and rigorous math lessons, supporting classroom management, monitoring student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Teach assigned classes in accordance with Think Academy's curriculum and instructional standards.
Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.

Collaborate with teaching managers and fellow teachers to support curriculum implementation and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree or higher required.
Must have reliable transportation
Weekend availability is required.
Complete required administrative and teaching-related responsibilities in a timely manner.
Previous teaching, tutoring, coaching, or educational experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for education and student development.
Ability to build positive relationships with students and families.
Work Schedule
Up to 30 hours per week.
Schedule will be based on class assignments and business needs.

Candidates must be available to teach weekday classes starting at 4:00 PM or later will be preferred

Pay Structure:
Teaching Related: $40 -70 per hourly lesson
Description: including lesson preparation + in class time + after class homework grading, standard parent communication and etc.
Non -Teaching Related: $20-25 / hour
Description: non- regular teaching related duties, such as event proctor, student 1v1 and etc.
Teaching Hours: $40-$70/ hourly lesson

Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student performance, learning goals, and classroom updates.
Implement strategies to improve student engagement, retention, and overall learning experience.
