PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Achieve retail sales goals or annual productivity goals.

The Beauty Stylist achieves retail sales goals by providing superior beauty and fragrance service to clients and develop client relationships to build repeat sales and brand loyalty.
Provide full-range customer service, including product information, building sales, and executing all in-store events.
Maintain client registration program, sustain customer relationships, and generate new business through regular communication.
Ability to effectively manage customer expectations and build loyal customer relationships

Achieve retail sales goals or annual productivity goals. Also responsible for achieving the required pre-sell sales goal.

CRT experience and aptitude in learning how to access computer-based inventory and order status detail
