About the role

Reporting to the Inventory Control Sup ervisor (or Warehouse Manager), responsible for maintaining inventory record accuracy and integrity.
Continuously reviews all inventory functions for operational efficiency.
Safeguard inventory assets to facilitate shortage detection.

Create and maintain efficient and accurate inventory management procedures, consistent with company policy and procedure.
Initiate and maintain an e fficient cycle count strategy.
Maintain accurate records of all a udits, counts, and adjustments.
Support product recall/vendor return process through physical identification and segregation of product.
Establish, maintain, and execute the CSW bin verification program.

General knowledge of a variety of basic topics, such as math, reading, basic accounting, typing, etc.
Make system adjustments as required and analyze results of counts to initiate permanent corrective actions.

Over two years, up to and including four years.
Requires a demonstrated knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices. Ability to demonstrate end-user level skills in mathematics, personal and mainframe computers, and related application is required. Interpersonal communication skills and analytical ability are important. Must be highly organized.
