Cross-Stream Coordination: Track and manage dependencies across all 5 value streams.
Identify conflicts early and drive resolution before they become blockers.
Portfolio Operations: Manage the Planview intake queue - ensure new requests are captured, routed to the correct stream, and tracked through the prioritization process.
Maintain portfolio-level status visibility for leadership.
Support the Director in sprint capacity planning decisions.
PM Pool Coordination: Manage the assignment of shared Project Managers to cross-functional initiatives.
Process Support: Partner with the Standards Manager so all streams follow the defined delivery processes.

While performing general duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and/or walk around (including the use of stairs).
Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, comprehending, and reading
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications are a plus but not required.
Strong experience with portfolio and project management tools - Planview experience is strongly preferred
Azure DevOps proficiency required.
Insurance or financial services industry experience is a plus.
