Responsibilities
- Cross-Stream Coordination: Track and manage dependencies across all 5 value streams.
- Identify conflicts early and drive resolution before they become blockers.
- Portfolio Operations: Manage the Planview intake queue - ensure new requests are captured, routed to the correct stream, and tracked through the prioritization process.
- Maintain portfolio-level status visibility for leadership.
- Support the Director in sprint capacity planning decisions.
- PM Pool Coordination: Manage the assignment of shared Project Managers to cross-functional initiatives.
- Process Support: Partner with the Standards Manager so all streams follow the defined delivery processes.

Requirements
- While performing general duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and/or walk around (including the use of stairs).
- Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, comprehending, and reading
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications are a plus but not required.
- Strong experience with portfolio and project management tools - Planview experience is strongly preferred
- Azure DevOps proficiency required.
- Insurance or financial services industry experience is a plus.
