Assist with day-to-day cloud operations and support activities in Cloud environment.
Support the provisioning and management of cloud resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking services.
Support backup, patching, maintenance, and operational tasks for cloud-hosted resources.
Assist in developing and maintaining basic Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates and automation scripts.
Collaborate with CloudOps, DevOps, and platform teams on cloud deployments, operational support, and project-related activities.
Assist in the preparation of cloud usage, cost, and operational reports to support governance and budgeting initiatives.
Create and maintain documentation for cloud environments, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Intern, CloudOps is a pivotal role at Equitable Bank as you will work alongside and support on strategic projects for our cloud services operations.
You will work closely with all responsible teams, for example Network Operations, Security, Technical Support, etc., and will support projects and day to day operations.

The intern will be expected to adapt/use Cloud services and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to set up resources.

Monitor cloud resource health, performance metrics, and service alerts, escalating issues when necessary.
