Responsibilities

  • You would be a key member of our team, responsible for providing financial institutions the highest quality operational support in the sweep-processing business.
  • Working with a collaborative team to onboard new banks and broker dealers. Working within a Salesforce based workflow process to manage and support various operational based tasks.

Requirements

  • Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Nice to have

  • Working with a collaborative team to onboard new banks and broker dealers.
  • Analyze and prepare data for client presentations and operational reviews.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools to optimize workflows, problem-solving, and productivity.
  • Financial Services or Banking industry experience, preferably in a mid or back office role (i.e. reconciliation, settlement, custodial operations, or transaction processing).
  • Experience with traditional back-office processes and functions specific to the brokerage or banking environment is a plus.
  • Intermediate experience in Excel and the ability to run or modify SQL queries
  • Experience documenting operational procedures or writing business requirements for system enhancements.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

  • $85k-$110k
