About the role
- Novellus Kingwood is looking for a competent Resident Care Technician provides personal care, companion care, nursing assistance and other assigned tasks to residents.
- Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Resident Care Coordinator/ Director based on an evaluation of resident needs.
- Current need is for on-call only, however this may transition into a regular part-time/full-time opportunity in the future.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
Nice to have
- Six (6) months experience in providing personal care in a residential or long-term care setting preferred.
Skills
- Requirements & Qualifications Adaptability and strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent resource management, computer, record keeping, interpersonal, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills.
