About the role
- As a Material Handler, you will keep production moving by safely receiving, staging, transporting, and delivering materials to the right place at the right time.
- This position will work in our Saint Francis, Wisconsin warehouse location near our South Milwaukee facility.
Responsibilities
- Safely move, stage, and deliver raw material, components, and finished goods to support production flow and shipping schedules.
- Perform shipping/receiving activities including unloading/loading, verifying counts, and preparing materials for storage or line-side delivery.
- Execute inventory transactions (receipts, issues, transfers) and support cycle count activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain organized, safe work areas using 5S practices
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting process and layout improvements that reduce waste and improve flow.

- You'll operate material handling equipment, execute inventory transactions, and partner with operations to support a high-performance manufacturing environment focused on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Experience loading and unloading trucks.
- Ability to track inventory.
- Ability to work well individually or in a team environment.
- One or more years of forklift experience heavier than 11,000 lb. capacity.
- Warehouse experience - understanding packing slips and auditing material to ensure in proper place.
- Shipping experience - understanding how to package loose components in a crate for domestic and international shipments and secure and block large pieces upwards of 8,000 lb to a skid
- Flexibility to work overtime to support production demands.
