About the role
- Provide technical leadership in program product development teams and supplier assessment activities pertaining to power inverters and high voltage bus.
- Actively pursue cost reduction, size reduction and efficiency improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study and Five (5) years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, Design Release Engineer, or related occupation.
- Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study and Three (3) years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, Design Release Engineer, or related occupation.
- Three (3) years of experience with: Electric Drive and Propulsion System High Voltage Bus
