About the role

The operations department consists of a team of professionals that focuses on the overall operations of Parametric.
This group ensures the production process is complete from start to finish and lines up with the goals and functions of other departments within the firm.
Examples include supervising, organizing, and completing daily production, measuring and evaluating daily workload, and providing services to ensure the business runs as smoothly and effectively as possible.

Maintain day-to-day relationships with a wide range of brokers, custodians, and vendors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree.

Settling trades for over 200,000+ accounts and trade volumes of an average daily range of 500,000+ Responsible for the entire post trade process, including transmission of trades to counterparties, matching/confirmation/affirmation of trades, and resolution of exceptions.

This associate will work on a cross functional team of other middle-office associates, so the ability to multi-task and be flexible is paramount.
