About the role

Under direct supervision, this position prepares Nursing laboratories for student use.
Assists the Dean of Nursing, program administrator or directors in scheduling adjunct faculty in the laboratory.
Provides technical assistance to full-time Nursing faculty in the equipment.

Maintains a calendar with laboratory activities and simulation schedules;
Documents the use of lab and data on student success and completion related to lab use and activities.
Provides administrative support when needed for student inquiries, application assistance, and compliance.
Manages inventory on all campuses.

At least two (2) years of relevant experience with customer service, office skills,
Proven skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
Ability to deal effectively and diplomatically with diverse populations, including students, faculty, staff, and supervisors/administrators.
ability to work independently as well as with others and be self-motivated;
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, reach up, stoop, and carry items occasionally over twenty-five (25 ) pounds.
This position also requires the ability to lift heavy boxes and materials, to move equipment from room to room, and to work for extended periods at a computer station.
