Customer Service - promote, monitor, and follow up with the team on quality service through training and by acting as a positive role model when on the shop floor Supervise and lead store staff, including scheduling, training, development and coaching.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including managing visual merchandising displays.

Pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
3 weeks paid vacation, plus 3 paid floating days.

Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and conducting regular stock checks.
