Responsibilities

  • It is how you learn what to scale and how you ensure the model delivers customer outcomes no traditional search firm can match.
  • Longer term, your mandate is to help build Urrly into an AI-native hiring platform where companies move from hiring need to objectively qualified candidates in days, not weeks.

Compensation

  • Compensation and Ownership Base salary is expected to land in the $150,000-$200,000 range, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate.
