Responsibilities
- Inspects completed work for conformity to blueprints, specifications and other building standards.
- May occasionally perform the duties of subordinates in emergency situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a requirement.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, budget management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to lead a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate schedules, and handle conflicts.
Nice to have
- CMRP, CPMM, or other relevant maintenance certifications preferred.
