Responsibilities
- Partner with bank and credit union program leaders to execute growth strategies and achieve program objectives.
- Support initiatives focused on financial planning, advisory solutions, managed accounts, insurance, and overall program profitability.
- Build strong relationships with institutional leaders and serve as a trusted business partner.
- Support advisor recruiting, onboarding, development, and retention strategies through collaboration with program leadership.
- Collaborate with internal partners to deliver an exceptional experience for institutions and their wealth management programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of financial services experience, preferably within wealth management, consulting, wholesaling, or institution-based programs.
- Experience supporting bank or credit union wealth management programs.
- Strong knowledge of bank and credit union wealth management programs.
- Experience consulting with business leaders and driving growth initiatives.
Compensation
- $108,356.00 - $180,559.00
- Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
