Responsibilities

  • Ability to develop solutions to most problems effectively and efficiently

Requirements

  • Promotes a safety first attitude and provides safe work environment by obtaining knowledge, training associates, and then following all required
  • Responsible for completing the planned production quantities as required by leading the team toward the goal.
  • Completion of BPS Boards hourly and accurately - reporting as required
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, to use hand to finger
  • Occasionally required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear.

Skills

  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiar with manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Develop solutions to problems
  • Minimum Experienced Preferred:
  • Previous experience in related field
  • Management training offered by Astemo Rock Spring
  • Key Metrics Responsibility:
  • Zero Safety Incidents
  • Zero Customer Quality defects
  • Zero Late Deliveries
  • Perfect Attendance
