About the role

Carfair Composites is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all production equipment operates efficiently and safely.
This position involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing various machinery and systems.

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
Maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies for repairs.
Document all maintenance activities and repairs in the maintenance management system.
Collaborate with production personnel to ensure minimal downtime during repairs.

2+ years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and the ability to work on complex problems under minimal supervision.
