About the role

- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm; 30 minute lunch (* denotes an "essential function") - * Answer incoming calls, received on a multi-line phone system, in a cordial, professional and timely manner.

Requirements
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Business casual attire required.
- Must be able to work standing up all or most of the time.
- Minimum of two-year receptionist, switchboard or administrative assistant experience required preferably in a banking, legal or large corporate environment.
- Must be able to interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
