About the role
- Corpay is looking to hire a Staff CloudOps Developer within our PayByPhone division.
- This position falls under our International Fleet line of business and is located in Vancouver, BC.
- Your expertise will be critical in ensuring our systems' reliability, scalability, and security.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders such as development, security engineering, and compliance teams throughout the design, development, and operations lifecycle.
- Developing and maintaining infrastructure code, producing a high standard of well-factored and tested code
- Building and managing CI/CD pipelines, constantly improve their reliability and speed, and reduce change lead time.
- Developing tools to enhance and support Developer Productivity.
- Participating in the on-call rotation to provide after-hours support to critical infrastructure.
- Experience building CICD pipelines and with at least one programming language to deliver a production backend service

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with a cloud provider, ideally AWS
- Recent hands-on experience with EKS or Kubernetes for container orchestration, cluster management, and microservices deployment.
- Recent experience with GitOps using FluxCD.
- Recent hands-on Experience with DevOps tools like VCS (GitHub, GitLab), Ansible, Artifactory, Synk, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, Cloud Formation), etc.
- 7+ years' of industry experience where you have developed several significant feature sets and infrastructure automation projects from start to finish
Compensation
- This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure.
- An estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is CAD 140,000 -$190,000.
