- This unique role blends mechanical expertise with in-home consultative sales.
- You won't just diagnose and fix problems - you'll also educate homeowners, recommend upgrades, and close the sale on the spot.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in person, build trust, and present tailored solutions.
- Complete 4-5 pre-scheduled appointments daily (all leads provided).
Requirements
- Strong communication and sales skills with a track record of upselling or closing deals.
- Great driving record, clean background, and ability to pass a drug screen.
- Comfort lifting 50 lbs overhead and working with tools.
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
- Mechanical / Construction experience (carpentry, HVAC, electrical, general building, or similar trades).
- Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.

- $110,000-$150,000+ annually (uncapped commissions, bonus opportunities)
